Cancellation and Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Please ensure that you carefully review your order before confirming your purchase, as all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges on any products or services sold.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
We do, however, allow exceptions in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. An uncut unboxing video is required to verify the claim. Upon confirmation, we may provide a replacement.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. An uncut unboxing video is required to verify the error. A refund or exchange may be offered once the issue is confirmed.
