If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us promptly through Instagram direct messages at @peppermarks.in or email. We are happy to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have regarding your purchase.

3. Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or replacements for any of our products. This policy applies to both standard and custom orders. We encourage you to double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping and Tracking

Once your order is shipped and tracking IDs have been issued, the responsibility for the package's delivery is transferred to the carrier. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting the carrier if any issues arise.

For international orders outside of India, we kindly ask that you confirm shipping details with us prior to placing your order, as availability may vary.

5. Custom Orders

For custom products such as printed magnets or personalized lomo cards, we accept design files in specific formats (e.g., PNG, JPG). Please review all custom order details and files before submission, as no changes can be made once the order is placed. Due to the nature of custom work, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

6. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay for secure and seamless transactions. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
