Once your order is shipped and tracking IDs have been issued, the responsibility for the package's delivery is transferred to the carrier. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. For international orders outside of India, we kindly ask that you confirm shipping details with us prior to placing your order, as availability may vary.

For custom products such as printed magnets or personalized lomo cards, we accept design files in specific formats (e.g., PNG, JPG). Due to the nature of custom work, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
